When I started my mental illness recovery in 2008 I began a journey to rewire my brain.
Undoing and rebuilding beliefs became my mission.
How did I do it?
I built new thoughts and habits consistently.
Underlying that process was my unshakable commitment, and the belief that life could be better.
I followed the process and stayed the course. I then repeated it.
I have applied this process to mental illness recovery, our fertility journey, and my fat loss and fitness journey. As well as everyday things like work and parenting.
This journey has taught me anything is possible, and now I’m living an incredible life.
If I can then you definitely can.
Nothing happens overnight but, small steps lead to big changes.
