Hi! I'm Helene

My mission is to inspire and empower women who feel stuck to build their confidence, create positive habits, and finally take action on the goals they’ve been putting off. I want to help you to  break free from self-doubt and create a life you really love.

About Me

I'm a full-time working mum navigating the rollercoaster that is perimenopause whilst trying to keep a sense of humour, trying to drink a strong coffee before it goes cold, with a deep belief that we’re all stronger than we think.

Life has thrown me some tough challenges, from infertility to living with a mental illness, but through it all I’ve learned the power of mindset. Over the years I’ve built a personal toolbox of methods that have helped me not just to cope, but to grow stronger and more resilient.

I’ve spent 15 years in HR, and worked as a trainer, coach, and mentor, and if there's one thing I know for sure, it’s this: we’re all capable of growth, even in the messiest, most uncertain times of life. Supporting people to unlock their potential has always been at the heart of what I do, and it’s something I carry into every area of my life.

I live with my husband, our amazing daughter, and our cat Floof (who very much thinks she runs the house). I’m also currently studying for my Level 2 in Gym Instructing and doing a nutrition course, purely out of curiosity and a desire to keep learning, because why not do things that light you up?

And when I’m not working or studying, you’ll find me spending time with my family, watching the F1, and listening to podcasts.

Whether you're here because you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just looking for a little spark to help you move forward, welcome. I am so happy you are here.

I want this space to be a reminder that no matter what you’re going through, you are not alone. With the right tools and a shift in mindset, you can take small steps that lead to big changes. If I can do it, so can you.

You don’t need to have it all figured out to start. Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is take the next small step. I'm here to remind you that it’s okay to be a work in progress and that progress, no matter how small, is still progress.

Let’s figure it out together.
